This posting is for an in-person position at our company headquarters at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY (1 block from D, R, N trains at 36th Street station). Remote or work-from-home positions are not available.
We're looking for you to play a critical client-facing role interpreting and translating enterprise account requirements into solutions that can be implemented using Fundraise Up’s standard product offerings.
Your primary role will be participating in demos with sales to speak to the platform's technical specifications, and managing the onboarding and implementation process for incoming customers. This implementation process includes conducting complex A/B tests, deploying the platform, and implementing integrations with marketing tools, analytics suites, native CRM integrations, and custom architectures.
What you’ll accomplish
- Support our sales teams during the sales cycle by reviewing technical requirements and answering complex technical questions asked by prospects.
- Provide ongoing implementation support for onboarded customers
- Design integration approach, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes
- Run A/B tests, marketing pixel integrations, Google Analytics implementation and CRM data integrations
- Build strong relationships with all project stakeholders
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience as a sales/implementation engineer or technical project manager, or digital marketing manager
- Experience working on key accounts with multiple technical stakeholders from marketing, IT, compliance, finance, and outside agencies
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Advanced understanding of platforms like Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM, and Raiser's Edge NXT
- Strong understanding of Google platforms like Analytics, Tag Manager, and Lighthouse
- Experience in planning, building and implementing complex technical projects
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- A jack of all trades understanding of modern tech platforms
