Checkr is a leading company in the tech industry that revolutionizes background check processes. They are seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to develop recruiting strategies and hire top talent for their Go-To-Market organization.

Responsibilities
- Hire top GTM talent with a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation packages including base, variable, and equity.
- Conduct research to identify target companies and talent.
- Create strategies to attract high-performance candidates.
- Build trust with senior leaders and act as a strategic partner.
- Facilitate recruitment for non-GTM roles as necessary.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
