Chemical Operator (Technician Production)

Responsibilities:

These duties include:

Operates all equipment
Performs preliminary troubleshooting on equipment and process malfunctions and make first attempt repairs where appropriate
Supports maintenance in the unit through LOTO of equipment and issuing Safe Work Permits when required
Strictly follows all batch recipe sheets and SOCs
Maintains accurate records of all observations and results
Accurately and thoroughly reports these data via written (Logbook & PGRs) and to process leaders
All candidates will be required to be fit tested and use SCBA's, therefore, they will be required to be clean shaven.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
- Advanced technical degree/certificate preferred
DCS proficiency required
Chemical Operator experience a plus
Manufacturing or industrial experience a plus
Good communication skills
Solid work history
Ability to work in a team environment
