Successful cadidates should be customer-cetric, comfortable with ambiguity, strog with marketig aalytics, ad have experiece deliverig results i a fast-paced, dyamic busiess eviromet!What You'll Do:• Lead developmet of marketig ad research plas for healthcare merchadise categories icludig Veteriary Diets, Vitamis & Supplemets, ad other health & welless products.• Work closely with category maagers across multiple healthcare categories to build out mothly marketig plas ad caledars based o promotioal activities, product developmet, ad aual goals.• Parter closely with Chewy marketig teams ad chael owers (Email, Site, Social, etc.) to drive customer acquisitio ad retetio for healthcare categories across chaels, cotiuously optimizig ad seekig improvemets.• Aalyze marketig efforts ad performace data to summarize ad commuicate to collaborators how marketig iitiatives are impactig busiess results.• Collaborate with the Parter Marketig team to develop vedor opportuities ad iitiatives.• Lead cosumer-first cross-category campaigs to educate cosumers, drive traffic, ad support busiess goals.• Build processes to esure collaboratio with Team Members ad smooth executio across fuctios withi the Healthcare busiess uit.• Work with iteral creative teams to develop assets from cocepts through executio across a broad rage of tactics icludig owed chael placemets.• Use data ad isights to thik strategically ad creatively to develop opportuities to support category goals with limited resources ad offsite marketig support.• Craft ad implemet marketig frameworks, aalyze results, ad implemet scalable campaigs.• Be a ispirig leader with a visio to progress a growig e-commerce busiess ad establish a Marketig fuctio withi a busiess.What You'll Need:• 8+ years' of marketig experiece• Demostrated ability to maage cross-fuctioal projects ad processes with multiple Team Members• Customer-first approach ad passio for deliverig the best ed-to-ed experiece• Must have attetio to detail ad possess critical thikig skills• Strog verbal ad writte commuicatio skills i additio to project maagemet skills• Experiece aalyzig busiess performace ad determiig the impact of marketig efforts• Comfortable i a fast-paced, self-starter eviromet• Experiece with CRM/Email ad Search (Paid ad Orgaic)• Advaced aalytical tools (e.g., Excel) experiece, experiece with Tableau ad/or SQL is a plus• Ability to develop performace idicators, aalyze data quatitatively, ad fid opportuities• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred• Travel may be requiredCompesatio & Beefits:Our salary rage for a Seior Marketig Maager positio is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a cadidate may be iflueced by a variety of factors icludig but ot limited to the cadidate’s relevat experiece, educatio, ad work locatio.
