As a team of hard-working, collaborative, and fun-loving designers, researchers, and builders, we’re looking for creative and driven talent to join the pack.nWe are seeking a Senior Product Designer, Enterprise Platforms in Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA offices to join our growing design team. The Enterprise Product Design team empowers Chewy to build efficient, simple, and results-oriented products for all Chewtopians, Veterinarians, Pharmacists, and other business partners who ultimately work to deliver best-in-class experiences to the Pet Parents who trust us.nWe do this by envisioning and crafting thoughtful enterprise experiences that can succeed in large-scale complex environments and balance the impact on customers, both internal and external. We approach our problem space with a holistic POV to account for how disparate tools, products, and features addressing a nuanced set of problems and user journeys can be cohesively oriented together into robust platforms to run the Chewy business and enable WOW moments more efficiently.nWhat You'll Do:nn• nTransform customer and business objectives into compelling products that have purpose, simplicity, and are feasible to build.n n• nDevelop multiple solutions for a specific challenge that can be delivered across a range of products, platforms, and devices with a bias for action and crisp prioritization.n n• nManage the design process for your projects from end to end: Discovery and concept ideation, flows and wireframes, and full-fidelity prototype designs.n n• nCollaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, content strategists, user researchers, and other designers.n n• nChampion cohesion and consistency to unite a growing family of products.n n• nClearly present your design process, inspiration, and decisions to stakeholders, including C-suite executives.n n• nNurture Chewy’s culture and principles within your team and the design practice.n nnWhat You'll Need:nn• n5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar rolen n• n1+ years of experience leading large-scale product design initiatives.n n• nA track record of delivering high-quality digital products that delivered results and demonstrate the depth of your design skills; illustrated in a portfolio or case studies.n n• nProven experience communicating and presenting complex problems clearly.n n• nA proven ability to evaluate the customer and business impact of your design decisions.n n• nBachelor’s degree (or an equivalent degree) in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with the design field.n n• nPosition may require travel and will require time in the local office.n nnBonus:nn• nExperience designing for internal enterprise tools.n n• nExperience creating simple solutions for onboarding users to complicated workflows.n nnHub Location & Work Arrangement:nn• nHubs : Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA onlyn n• nHybrid Model: 2+ days in hub location per weekn n• nRemote: NOT an option for this rolen nnChewy is committed to equal opportunity.
