The Chief Revenue Officer is a strategic, innovative, results-oriented and highly collaborative business leader who is responsible for developing and executing Sonos’ omni-channel commercial strategy. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CRO will be the driving force behind Sonos’ commercial success, finding ways to reach new audiences and take Sonos from 14M homes to over 100M+ customers. The CRO will continue to drive our Direct-to-Consumer channel to ensure it is our fastest growing channel, develop and scale our Professional category and create strategies that allow us to show up innovatively at Retail. The CRO will collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to effectively demonstrate Sonos’ brand strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy. The ideal candidate has broad omni-channel experience leading commercial strategies for premium consumer product companies.

What You’ll Need:
  • Leadership experience driving omni-channel strategies in premium consumer product companies.
  • Ability to set a vision and commercial strategy for Sonos with demonstrated success identifying and capturing new market opportunities.
  • Results oriented with the ability to invest others in a compelling vision for growth and build a high performing sales function, developing individuals and teams in relentless pursuit of ambitious goals.
  • Demonstrated success fostering an environment of cross-functional collaboration and inclusivity while building and developing a world class team.
  • The ability to establish and expand relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to facilitate collaboration and achieve common goals.
  • Global thinker with a commitment to inclusivity, cross functional collaboration.

This role can be done from home
Building the world’s leading sound experience starts with the experience we provide for our people. That’s why we’ve been distributed from the start: initially between offices in Boston & Santa Barbara, and now with additional offices in Seattle, San Francisco & Paris. This role can be done from anywhere in the United States- any of our offices, or remotely from home. It’s about impact, not location.

At Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between:
$315,000 and $350,000
Please note that compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
