As a Brightline Community Based Therapist (contractor) you will:
Support children and teens ages 3 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and parent-management training for the duration of their care plan
Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care
Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline’s standard of ethical care
Complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline’s standards of care, tools, policies and procedures
As a Brightline Community Based Therapist (contractor) you should have:
A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families
Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, PsyD, PhD license(s) *qualified applicants must be able to work to our standards without supervision
Expertise delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families including CBT (e.g., conducting exposures, behavioral activation), Parent Management Training (PMT) , and other evidence-based practices for youth
Able to provide consistent availability for at least 1 shift a week during Brightline's core afternoon and evening business hours i.e. 2:00 pm -6:00 pm Wednesdays or 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Mondays and Thursdays
Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting

This is a remote, 100% teletherapy position. The target range for this position is $68- $100 per 55-minute session based on your geography. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
