Capabilities:

  • Set performance metrics and implement corrective actions
  • Create training materials and guide staff on new tools and processes
  • Maintain and update staffing documentation and procedures
  • Help develop contingency plans for emergencies and crises

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.     
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the identified area of expertise providing support in a cyber-operations center to include:                                                                            
    • Providing document Operational and Strategic level processes across operation center functional cells
    • Improving and refining processes within operations centers
    • Integrating new capabilities and tools into operation center processes 
    • Staffing documentation and reviewing and updating procedures
