Manager, Creative Operations

Chomps is looking for a Senior Creative Operations Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and managing the creative workflow processes and operations for the in-house Creative Team, as well as leading shoot production across various content productions.

Skills

4+ years of experience in creative operations management and production
Comprehensive knowledge of the creative process and project management methodologies
Highly organized with strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of creative projects from conception to completion
Manage weekly workflow of the creative team to ensure balanced priorities
Build schedules and timelines for creative deliverable campaigns
Act as a primary communicator between the creative and marketing teams
Lead shoot production across photography, videography, and other content productions
