Company Description

The focus of the Campus Coordinator position is to provide administrative support to the campus. This person is the campus advocate and in-the-know on all campus-related events and processes. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating all events that take place on campus.  Responsibilities will also include Adult Ministry, Next Gen, and Guest Services support. 

Job Description

Essential Job Functions

Campus Administrative Support 

  • Provide administrative support for Campus Pastor 

  • Verbal and written communications 

  • Manage incoming phone, email, and mail correspondence 

  • Maintain stock of office supplies 

  • Data entry and data integrity management 

  • Subject matter expert for internal happenings, systems, and processes 

  • Train campus team on updates to processes and procedures 

  • Manage community partnerships 

  • Maintain confidentiality of privileged information 

Campus Calendar and Event Management  

  • Collaboration with campus team and central team  

  • Ensure event logistics are coordinated efficiently 

  • Provide event administrative support 

  • Manage campus promotions 

  • Manage campus calendar 

Campus Financial Management 

  • Be aware of and monitor of campus budget 

  • Prepare and approve monthly expense reports 

  • Maintain communication with finance team 

  • Invoice, purchase order, and expense management 

  • Campus benevolence administrative support 

Campus Ministry Support 

  • Significant administrative support of Adult Ministry team including but not limited to: 

  • Next Steps 

  • Weddings, Funerals, and Premarital Program 

  • Benevolence 

  • General administrative support of Next Generation and Guest Experience  

  • Provide pastoral care as needed

Education & Experience 

  • High School diploma/equivalent 
  • 2-3 years of Office Management or Executive Assistant experience 
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience 
  • Actively involved in church or community 
  • Proficient in all programs of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
