Agile Software Project Manager

As a Project Manager at CI&T, you’ll take the reins of exciting, high-impact digital projects from start to finish. You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional digital solutions, managing client relationships, and driving success with your leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.

• Client Management: Be the go-to expert and trusted advisor for our clients, building lasting relationships and understanding their unique business goals. You'll identify opportunities to add value and craft tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

• Project Management: Lead all phases of the project lifecycle—plan, execute, monitor, and close. You’ll manage schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while keeping all stakeholders in the loop. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

• Business Analysis: Dig deep into the business to gather, document, and validate client requirements. You’ll translate these needs into actionable plans that align with the client’s goals, ensuring every project stays on target for success.

• Communication & Collaboration: Foster collaboration within the team, ensuring a shared vision and clear understanding of project goals. With your communication skills, you’ll keep all parties updated and resolve issues promptly—ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Implement top-notch quality assurance processes, continuously analysing performance to drive efficiencies and improve project outcomes. You’ll lead the charge on refining business processes and keeping our solutions top-tier.

• Proven experience in client management, project management, and business analysis in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and a track record of liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Solid experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Confluence, AzureDevOps), with certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 being a plus.
• Agile Expertise: Managing Agile teams, leading sprints, and driving successful software projects.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A keen analytical mind and a sharp eye for detail, with a knack for problem-solving and optimising project outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
