Provide advice on US and international laws and regulations relating to digital assets.
Support Circle’s product team in the development of integrated digital asset products.
Address legal risks and develop processes for business-centric solutions.
Remain up-to-date on securities law and digital currency developments.

Education

Juris Doctor degree
Active law license in at least one state
