TA MISSION 


Dans un environnement dynamique qui nécessite une grande autonomie, vous soutiendrez les diverses unités d’affaires du Groupe Cirque du Soleil dans leurs besoins d'achats de toute nature :  

 


· Supporter et conseiller les clients à l’interne dans l’élaboration de stratégies d’approvisionnement et d’analyses de marché afin d’optimiser les leviers d’achats potentiels;  

· Gérer et coordonner des projets d’approvisionnement d’envergure:  appels d’intérêt (RFI), demandes de devis (RFQ), appels d’offres (RFP) en lien avec les priorités commerciales et opérationnelles du Groupe Cirque du Soleil;  

· Conduire le processus d’appel d’offres de la prise de requis, à la sélection du fournisseur, puis de la négociation jusqu’au contrat;  

· Préparer et valider tous les documents relatifs au processus d’appel d’offres (NDA, gabarits, grille d’évaluation, analyse comparative, recommandation, etc.);  

· Effectuer les analyses quantitatives et qualitatives des soumissions relativement aux critères de sélection prédéfinis avec les unités d’affaires;  

· Gestion des dossiers plus sensibles tel que contrat à long terme, achats stratégiques transverses ou à haute valeur monétaire;  

· Contribuer à la révision des ententes et veiller qu’elles comprennent tous les différents éléments négociés en autonomie ou avec l’appui des experts désignés (fiscalité d’entreprise, assurances et risques, affaires juridiques);  

· Mesurer et documenter les économies et les indicateurs de performances;  

· S’assurer de la bonne mise en œuvre et du respect de la politique Appro en place (procédure d’exception, processus de signature et d’approbation, etc.).  

 

 

Pour résumer, vos objectifs principaux seront d’aider le département à dégager le maximum d’économies, obtenir la valeur maximale des nouvelles ententes, de supporter les clients internes dans leurs demandes et de supporter le Directeur Approvisionnement dans les analyses de KPI et la mise en place de nouveaux processus pouvant aider l’équipe.  

  


TON EXPERTISE UNIQUE


· Un diplôme universitaire en Administration des affaires, Gestion des opérations, Droit, Finances ou un autre diplôme pertinent;  

· Un minimum de cinq années d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement, dont minimalement trois années d’expérience en gestion d’appel d‘offres;  

· De très bonnes habiletés en négociation;  

· Expérience en gestion d’appel d’offres pour l’acquisition d’équipement de scène, un plus;  

· La capacité de lecture et de compréhension de spécifications techniques et requis d’affaires;  

· Une éthique professionnelle hors pair;  

· Une aptitude à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution, une capacité d’influencer une équipe multidisciplinaire et de collaborer avec ses membres;  

· Des habiletés à mener de front plusieurs projets;  

· Une capacité d’analyse ainsi qu’un souci du détail très développé;  

· Une grande autonomie;  

· Une grande aisance en français et en anglais et de fortes aptitudes en communication.

YOUR MISSION


In a dynamic environment that requires a high degree of autonomy, you will support the various business units of the Cirque du Soleil Group in their purchasing needs of all kinds:  

 


- Support and advise internal customers in the development of procurement strategies and market analyses to optimize potential purchasing levers;  

- Manage and coordinate major procurement projects: Requests for Interest (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Requests for Proposal (RFP) in line with Cirque du Soleil Group's business and operational priorities;  

- Lead the bidding process from request for proposal to supplier selection, negotiation and contract award;  

- Prepare and validate all documents related to the bidding process (NDA, templates, evaluation grid, comparative analysis, recommendation, etc.);  

- Carry out quantitative and qualitative analyses of bids in relation to selection criteria predefined with the business units;  

- Management of more sensitive files, such as long-term contracts, strategic cross-functional purchases or high-dollar-value purchases;  

- Contribute to the review of agreements and ensure that they include all the various elements negotiated independently or with the support of designated experts (corporate taxation, insurance and risk, legal affairs);  

- Measure and document savings and performance indicators;  

- Ensure proper implementation and compliance with the Appro policy in place (exception procedure, signature and approval process, etc.).  


 

To sum up, your main objectives will be to help the department achieve maximum savings, obtain maximum value from new agreements, support internal customers in their requests, and support the Procurement Manager in KPI analyses and the implementation of new processes that can help the team.  



YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE


- University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Law, Finance or other relevant degree;  

- A minimum of five years' relevant experience in the procurement field, including a minimum of three years' experience in tender management;  

- Strong negotiation skills;  

- Experience in managing calls for tenders for the acquisition of stage equipment, a plus;  

- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and business requirements;  

- Outstanding professional ethics;  

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to influence and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team;  

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;  

- Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail;  

- A high degree of autonomy;  

- Fluency in French and English and strong communication skills.
