Group Sales Manager - Resident Shows Division 

Sales, Marketing, and Communications

Permanent/Full-Time Position

Put your expertise in the spotlight


The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for generating group sales ticket revenue through researching, identifying, prospecting and closing group sales leads for Cirque du Soliel’s portfolio of six shows across Las Vegas, including Blue Man Group. Help provide support for shows located in Orlando and Hawaii. 



Job responsibilities will include:

 

·       Generating group ticket sales revenue through a high volume of proactive, outbound sales outreach, including phone calls, emails, texts, etc  

·       Prospecting for new leads and new sales opportunities  

·       Maximizing group ticket sales opportunities from existing and inbound leads 

·       Conducting in-person and virtual sales appointments 

·       Exceeding annual revenue targets  

·       Managing a large book of clients  

·       Maintaining accurate record of activities through Sales Force CRM system 

·       When needed, attend show performances, conferences and other special events, which may include some nights and weekends 



YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE 


·       1-2 years of direct sales experience within the Sports, Entertainment or Hospitality Industry 

·       Proven success of meeting and/or exceeding targets 

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management platforms 

·       Familiarity with ticketing system(s) is preferred  

·       Experience working with a large volume of group clients in a fast-paced environment is preferred 

·       Results-focused and highly motivated with a passion for live entertainment
