The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and analytical professional to join our team as a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager, spearheading the optimization of our sales funnel. Collaborating closely with SMB Sales, Marketing, and external partner firms, you'll be at the forefront of diagnosing issues across every stage, from MQL to SQL, SQO, and beyond.
The RevOps Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our revenue generation processes, with a primary focus on leveraging HubSpot to drive efficiency and effectiveness across sales and marketing teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of revenue operations principles, a strong technical aptitude for HubSpot, and excellent leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of HubSpot to support SMB sales and marketing initiatives.
Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions to improve workflow
Establish key performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms within HubSpot to monitor revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine sales processes, workflows, and pipeline management within HubSpot.
Provide training, guidance, and support to internal teams to ensure effective utilization of HubSpot and adherence to best practices.
Lead efforts to optimize lead scoring and routing processes to enhance lead qualification and conversion rates
Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts, automate marketing workflows, and optimize lead nurturing campaigns.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the performance of the sales funnel and revenue operations initiatives
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new features within HubSpot to continuously improve revenue operations processes.
Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and HubSpot representatives to leverage additional resources and expertise as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration within the revenue operations team.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role within a technology company.
Expertise in HubSpot administration, configuration, and customization; HubSpot certifications preferred.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing business processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Strong project management skills. Extremely resourceful and a self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity and taking the lead
