People Strategy & Operation’s (PSO) Experience & Enablement team is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Business Operations Manager to oversee Strategic Operations and Project Management within the Experience & Enablement team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Experience & Enablement leader to ensure execution of team priorities and will be instrumental in driving mission-critical work to completion.What You'll DoStrategic Operations:• Provide operational support to the leader of Experience & Enablement by building structure and roadmaps around critical org outcomes, including organization design, resource planning, cross-functional projects, and team development.• Own and manage leadership weekly agendas, surface team roadblocks and facilitate decision-making to ensure smooth execution of team priorities.• Maintain consistent communication with the PSO Chief of Staff to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and standards.Project Management:• Manage mission-critical projects from planning to execution and completion. Drive workstream accountability, surface roadblocks and support needs, and ensure on-time completion within scope and budget.• Maintain detailed project documentation, including clear ownership, milestones, and deliverables. Engage with relevant stakeholders to resolve needs promptly.• Coordinate with PSO Chief of Staff to share relevant project roadmaps and status updates.Budget Management:• Organize budgets related contractor spend, non-company sponsored training and development, and miscellaneous purchase orders.• Communicate with PSO Chief of Staff to align spend to PSO priorities and review new expenses for approvalProcess Improvement:• Proactively identify process gaps and inefficiencies, devising and implementing structures to support effective operations across teams.Team Building and Culture:• Foster and maintain the organization’s culture, promoting cohesive teamwork and a positive work environment.Who You AreYou are skilled at partnering across all levels of the organization, driving results and organizing complexity. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
