Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff at JITX you’ll be working with the CEO to help the company grow faster. We’re looking for heavy emphasis on business operations, with enough of a technical background and ability to learn to understand our product in detail. Primary focus will be on go-to-market strategy and execution, commercialization, and business development of a high value product to SMB and enterprise customers.
Summary of Responsibilities & Qualifications - Genuine excitement in our mission and what we are doing. Knowing the capabilities of JITX, how it can be applied to a customer workflow, and what problems it solves.
- Develop sales and marketing outreach/engagement methodology, managing the sales funnel from prospect to close and engaging with the customer pipeline to foster higher conversion
- Swiftly address sales process challenges while contributing to the development of long-term solutions
- Business operator background ideally paired with electrical engineering, specifically with Printed Circuit Boards. Experience in a business operator in strategic planning, B2B go-to-market execution for 0 to 1, and customer discovery
- Ability to lead projects in technical marketing, mapping out market channels creating outbound materials, campaigns, and iterating to establish a flow of qualified leads
- Navigate deals flows for SMB and Enterprise users, especially where the technical and economic buyers are separate people.
- MBA Degree or degrees in Electrical Engineering.
This role is anticipated to be an individual contributor Preference to local Bay Area candidates will be given. This candidate will be expected to be local (or relocated from another state within the USA).

$170,500 - $210,247 a year
JITX provides an estimate of the salary compensation for roles that may be hired in California (Bay Area) as required by state regulations. Salary compensation for locations other than Bay Area may vary based on (a) location, as JITX factors in specific location when benchmarking compensation for most roles; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience. Additionally, JITX leverages current market data to determine salary, so posted salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
JITX Compensation Philosophy
Salary bands are reflective of two (2) Salary Surveys. Data is in real time, so data is always in flux due to the market. JITX follows the 75th percentile based on metros. JITX follows performance based increases based on promotion. Longevity in position will follow the market. JITX follows a performance review process twice a year (Mid Year- February and Annual - August), to keep on par with market data.
