The role:
This role is focused on completion of multimedia requests and contributions to other Academy projects, such as developing Product Marketing assets.
Collaborates with stakeholders on Academy, Product Marketing, and Brand projects to bring the project to completion, in addition to internal users who have submitted asset requests or asked general questions about assets outside the scope of a request.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Multimedia Specialist to join our Brandwatch Academy team to engage and educate our customer base by developing multimedia content, including video, audio, graphics, animation, and interactive media. The successful candidate will be required to use various multimedia tools and techniques, and should have a background in graphic design. Experience in the Customer Education field is not required but extremely desirable.
Duties and responsibilities:
The role is defined, but not limited to, the following:
· Outlining lesson breakdowns for on-demand courses
· Gathering feedback from various stakeholders on course approach
· Reviewing and editing video scripts for conciseness and to identify missing features
· Working with Brand to request and edit thumbnail, banner, and certificate assets
· Creating storyboards for animated videos
· Generating screen recordings for platform demos
· Producing and editing captions for videos
· Creating videos from storyboards with images, icons, and text, ensuring graphics match background music and voiceovers, as well as the theme/styling of the message
· Developing and adding assets to our LMS, such as images, GIFs, one-pagers etc.
· Reviewing course curriculum pre-publishing for customer use
Essential Skills and Experience:
· 2+ years of experience working in multimedia design and production
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
· Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
· Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Proficiency using the following software:
· Quicktime
· Microsoft 365
· Adobe Creative Suite - After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder, Illustrator, and Audition
· Mister Horse Animation Composer
