Our approach involves fostering a culture of ongoing coaching, professional development, and continuous support in practice management.YOUR ROLE:As a Citizens Private Client Relationship Manager, you will liaise directly with our wealthy and high-net-worth clients, striving to exceed their expectations with long-term thinking, ethical actions, and team collaboration. Together with a Private Client Financial Advisor or a High Net Worth Wealth Advisor, and Certified Financial Planners®, you will form the Citizens Private Client team and offer tailored services to a specific portfolio of wealthy clients. In this role, you will provide essential banking and lending solutions, helping clients build and preserve their assets in a tax-efficient manner, manage debt successfully, sustain their lifestyle, protect their family against life's uncertainties, and plan their legacy.RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Private Client Relationship Manager, your main goals are to acquire, broaden, deepen, and retain relationships with high-net-worth individuals. This will involve proactively engaging with these clients regularly in conversations of discovery and ensuring a top-tier client experience.Key tasks include:- Capturing new qualified wealth relationships through leads and development of internal and external referral sources- Undertaking regular, proactive outreach to manage, deepen, and retain relationships- Conducting comprehensive discovery to understand family dynamics, goals, existing financial situation and becoming a trusted relationship manager for the client- Partnering with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to formulate the client's financial plan and present a broad range of Citizens solutions across banking, lending, and investing to aid clients in reaching their financial goals- Introducing clients to segment partners based on their financial goals, such as Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Home Loan Officers, Small Business Partners, etc.- Delivering regular, value-added engagement with our Private Client Group clients through one-on-one or virtual meetings, constant communication, and access to financial education materials- Utilizing the Salesforce CRM tool to comprehensively document client interactions- Developing an activity-based business strategy focused on proactive outreach and follow-upQUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS:- A Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years relevant equivalent experience is preferred- It is required to have at least one of these licenses: Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses, with the commitment to obtain any additional licenses within a specific time frame after hiring- Proven success in a customer-focused, proactive sales environment and experience in establishing and maintaining relationships- With excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of industry regulatory requirementsSCHEDULE:The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.COMPENSATION:We provide a competitive salary ranging from $70k-90k per year plus potential additional commission earnings. Actual remuneration is determined by several factors, including the work location and relevant skills and experience.
