Position: Client Relationship Manager About Us Cornerstone Financial Strategies is dedicated to providing a unique client experience that sets us apart in the financial services industry. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary this year, we are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of professionalism and excellence that define our firm.Role OverviewThe Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in both client relationship and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. This position involves assisting financial advisors and team members in managing office workflow, with a focus on enhancing the client experience. The ideal candidate is a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person should have a high degree of attention to detail and maintain discretion and confidentiality relating to client information.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Support:· Prepare client meetings that are held in-person and virtually, ensuring all materials are ready in advance and on the day of the meeting.· Request and coordinate documents directly from clients and professional partners.· Enhance and strengthen the overall client experience by managing preparatory tasks.· Assist the financial advisors and other team members as needed.· Actively engage in available training and education programs to remain current on policies, procedures, and risk awareness.Administrative Support:· Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients.· Schedule and coordinate meetings involving multiple individuals across multiple calendars.· Receive and respond to incoming phone calls and emails, including documentation within client management system.· Prepare client deliverables and coordinate client touch points.· Manage administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and tracking office supplies.Qualifications· Minimum financial services industry experience of 2 years.· Associates degree or greater.· Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.· Effective and efficient time management.· Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn, grow, and offer constructive feedback.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
