- Engage with members for clinical triage and decision support
- Perform assessments, in-person exams, and care management for identified members
- Serve as a clinical resource for the team and participate in case conferences
- Ensure safe and compliant clinic operations from a nursing perspective
- Provide clinical education, training, and support to team members
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN)
- Active RN License in the state(s) practicing
