As we expand in the U.S. market, we are seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) based in the Philippines to help drive our outbound lead generation and appointment setting.

About the Role

As an SDR at Citygreen, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales strategy, identifying potential clients, engaging key decision-makers, and booking high-value sales meetings for our Inside Sales team. You’ll leverage cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate opportunities while working closely with marketing and sales to optimize conversions.

This is a remote role based in the Philippines, requiring work during U.S. business hours (night shift).

What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research and identify decision-makers in government, landscape architecture, and civil engineering.

Lead Qualification & Sales Engagement

  • Use structured qualification frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similar to assess prospects.
  • Ask the right questions to understand client needs, pain points, and budget alignment.

Appointment Setting & Pipeline Growth

  • Secure high-quality sales meetings for our Inside Sales team.
  • Execute automated and manual follow-up sequences to nurture leads effectively.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM, ensuring pipeline visibility.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Inside Sales to ensure seamless lead handover and feedback loops.
  • Participate in sales training and coaching sessions to refine techniques.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Sales-Driven & Resilient: 1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales, preferably in B2B environments.

🔹 Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal English skills (neutral or Americanized accent preferred).

🔹 Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.

🔹 Goal-Oriented & Persistent: Ability to handle high-volume outreach and manage rejection while staying motivated.

🔹 Structured & Adaptable: Ability to follow sales scripts and processes while adjusting to real-time conversations.

🔹 Availability for U.S. Business Hours: Willingness to work night shift (aligned with U.S. time zones).
