We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.To learn more, click here: https://www.menemshasolutions.com.What You’ll Do:• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.• Manage cash flow, investments, and financing activities.• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.• Collaborate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.• Data analysis of the monthly WIP (work in progress)• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.• Manage employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.• Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.• Ensure data security, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place.• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance the company's competitive edge.• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and strategic risks.• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.• Oversee insurance programs and ensure adequate coverage for the company's assets and operations.• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.What You’ll Need:• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the construction industry.• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, HR, IT, and risk management principles.• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Proficiency in Sage 300 Real Estate & Construction Software
