Our office located in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a front-line Claims Customer Service Representative with the base starting salary of $37,994 - $54,569 ($19.48 - $27.98/hr) depending on skills and experience, plus a 5%-10% shift differential depending on schedule. In addition, hired applicants will be eligible for the company’s annual variable incentive paid based on company performance. Additional commission opportunities may apply to customer facing sales and service representatives.

We are offering a 37.5 hour work week with the following schedule options:

  • 6:00am-1:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and 8:00am-3:30pm every other Saturday. There is a day off during the week (TBD) when working a Saturday. A 5% shift differential would apply.
  • 7am-2:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. There is a day off during the week (TBD) when working a Saturday. A 5% shift differential would apply.
  • 8:00am-3:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday. There is a day off during the week (TBD) when working a Saturday. A 5% shift differential would apply.
  • 6:00am-1:30pm schedule, Tuesday through Friday and 7:00am-2:30pm Saturday. A 10% shift differential would apply.

A hybrid schedule of three days in office and two days work from home may be available after trained to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with new and existing claims
  • Involvement with roadside assistance and glass programs
  • Training will be provided

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Required to obtain state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirements
  • Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • May be called upon to handle additional job duties
