Claims Representative - General Liability

The General Liability Claims Representative directly handles businessowner liability claims. This position will require the ability to analyze coverage issues, in addition to routine claim adjusting functions. Additionally, the position will involve drafting coverage letters, evaluating and frequent communication with various parties including attorneys. Strong writing and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as knowledge of standard industry liability forms.

Location: This is a full-time remote position. The employee chosen for this role may choose to work from the Boston, MA or Wilkes Barre, PA office if preferred.
