Solutions Engineer
Clara is a leading spend management platform in Latin America looking for a Solutions Engineer to lead ERP integration projects for B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex integrations.
Skills
- Proven track record in ERP integration projects
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
- Understanding of ERP systems and APIs
- Experience in vendor management
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and integration platforms
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful implementation of large-scale ERP integration projects
- Serve as primary technical contact for clients
- Identify and manage relationships with third-party vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise client stakeholders
