Salary: £29,967 to £32,791 per annum (London) / £27,249 to £29,786 per annum (Norwich)

We have a great opportunity to join our team in Learning & Organisational Development!
The L&OD administrator is an integral part of the Learning & Development team embodying Clarion's core values in every aspect of your work. You’ll maintain accurate training records, track colleague progress via Workday, and serve as the first point of contact for all training-related enquiries. You’ll be responsible for administrative processes related to L&D events ensuring compliance with training regulations contributing to the overall success of Clarion’s development initiatives. The key purpose of this role is to make sure colleagues have a great learning experience, to support the smooth execution of training and development programs and to deliver excellent customer service to our learners.
The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification – or equivalent experience in a similar role, along with experience of using the Learning module of Workday with a curious, solution-oriented approach.

This is a hybrid role which involves working from home, with a base location at one of our offices in London or Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office as and when required and travel for meetings to oversee training events.
