What's the opportunity?

We're building out our GTM team at Clarisights and are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive. The AE will drive expansion for the EMEA region, one of our strongest markets.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to bring a strongly diversified product to more enterprises and shape our GTM strategy. You’ll be given extensive ownership, will collaborate closely with our CEO, and will have a disproportionate impact on Clarisights’ success.

What is Clarisights?

Clarisights’ mission is to democratize data in enterprise marketing teams.

Clarisights provides a self-serve reporting platform designed to facilitate better marketing decision-making. We automatically integrate, process, and visualize data from all of our clients’ marketing, analytics, and attribution sources into our vertically-integrated, no-code marketing reporting platform. 

We’ve reshaped marketing reporting for the following companies: Uber, Delivery Hero, Universal Music, On Running, About You, Trade Republic, among others.

We’re a Sequoia-backed Series A company in hyper-growth mode.

Who are you?

  • You have 5-9 years selling complex SaaS products, ideally in a startup or scaleup environment. 

  • Experience in the broader Martech space, such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Mobile measurement partner (MMPs), ETL tools, CRM, or related technologies.

  • Proven track record of selling B2B SaaS products.

  • Comfortable working with and selling technical products, with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions.

  • A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a willingness to figure things out independently.

  • Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients, managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Significant experience in closing net new business, focusing on acquiring new clients rather than upselling existing ones.

Good to have - 

  • Ability to build and maintain relevant industry connections and networks.

  • Experience in outbound sales, particularly in markets with few or no direct competitors and minimal latent demand.

  • Background in working with organizations of a similar size, or one stage ahead in growth, ideally having been part of a company scaling from Series A to Series C.

  • Strong experience in the data sector, specifically selling tools and solutions within the data ecosystem.

We're open to hiring remotely across Europe, ideally in Tier 1 cities with international customers such as Dublin, London, Amsterdam etc

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for growing Clarisights’ presence in the EMEA region by attaining new enterprise logos, mostly across consumer-facing (B2C) businesses.

  • Own deal execution end-to-end. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across the entire sales cycle. You ensure pilots succeed by liaising with internal teams.  

  • Represent Clarisights at industry-events, trade fairs, or similar to help strengthen our footprint in this market.

Interview Process

  • First Interview - A member of our GTM team will talk to you to ascertain your interest and your suitability for the role

  • Second Interview - Discussion about your previous experience selling SaaS and some of your previous deals. 

  • Product Demo + Case Study - You will be given a live product demo by one of Clarisights’ CSM, followed by a case study. The case study will be presented in front of the interview panel.

  • Founder Interview - Clarisights’ CEO will interview you to discuss any final questions.

  • Offer and Closing: Final discussion to close on your compensation details and date of joining. Welcome to Clarisights!

Throughout the interviews, we’re aiming to give you an in-depth understanding of the AE role, incl. what it takes to sell Clarisights, how we currently structure the GTM team, sales process, and more. At the end of the interview process, you will have a good understanding of the role and we will be able to decide mutual fit.
