Senior Software Engineer, Observability
CLEAR is a leader in digital and biometric identification, seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Observability to enhance their SRE function and support their innovative identity platform.
Skills
- Production-grade software development (Java or Python).
- Knowledge of distributed systems concepts.
- Experience with modern observability systems.
- Performance debugging tools and patterns.
Responsibilities
- Embed within an Engineering and Product pillar to implement observability.
- Facilitate and build load testing cases.
- Contribute to architecture and design of new services.
- Work closely with various teams to meet Product Engineering requirements.
- Build and lead practices such as game days and chaos engineering.
- Build long-term capacity plans for reliability and cost-efficiency.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
