SVP, Operations
CLEAR is looking for a customer-centric and data-focused operating leader to ensure we deliver on our customer, employee, and partner promise. The SVP, Operations will oversee key teams, driving operational efficiency and excellence to enhance member experiences.

Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all elements of the airports business P&L
- Drive accountability for key operational and financial goals
- Operationalize launches of new products in airports
- Inspire and lead a network of 3,000+ field ambassadors
- Evaluate market performance and provide insights to senior leadership
- Recruit, retain, and motivate high-performing employees
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
