ClickHouse is an open-source, high-performance columnar database company looking for a Technical Recruiter to grow their talent base across EMEA and APJ. They seek a passionate professional to provide outstanding candidate experiences.

Responsibilities
- Full life-cycle recruiting of technical and sales roles across multiple countries
- Partner directly with Managers and VPs to understand hiring needs
- Act as a consultant in hiring processes
- Identify and secure top talent candidates
- Develop successful sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate data within ATS
- Schedule interviews and support candidates throughout the process
- Negotiate offers and close candidates
