You'll strategize innovative approaches to leverage email and marketing automation, aiming to boost conversion rates, enhance retention, and drive revenue growth. With your adeptness in A/B testing, meticulous reporting, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing campaign performance and nurturing partner relationships.Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000Modality: HybridFLSA Exemption: ExemptSchedule: Monday-FridayWhat You'll Be Doing• Overseeing all marketing lifecycle campaigns across email and text• Developing and delivering against strategy of campaigns from start to finish• Strategizing ways in which email and marketing automation can increase conversion rates, retention, revenue, and loyalty across audiences• Creating and executing A/B tests, managing a testing calendar, analyzing results, and supplying recommendations based on finding• Developing and reporting on email marketing KPIs to deliver actionable insights for optimizing lifecycle campaigns• Performing email rendering tests across devices and email clients to ensure emails display correctly• Supplying regular reporting on all lifecycle campaigns and initiatives• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners, field sales teams, and internal stakeholders• Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of partner marketing activities, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and ROI.• Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners, while identifying and cultivating opportunities with potential new partners.• Ensuring all partner marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and industry regulations.• Managing the creation of partner marketing materials, such as co-branded collateral, case studies, webinars, presentations, and promotional content.What You Have• A proven record of accomplishment of creating successful marketing campaigns tied to specific and measurable results• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various teams• Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management and hygiene, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance• Some copywriting experience• Ability to take direction and critical feedback• Ability to collaborate with a team and work autonomously• Effective communication skills both verbal and written• 3+ years of related high-tech or fintech experience in B2B and B2C email/lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing• Knowledge of basic HTML• Experience building and executing A/B testing strategies• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM’s• Proven track record of designing and executing successful partner marketing campaigns.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.• Analytical mindset, with experience in measuring and analyzing marketing campaign performance.• Experience using HubSpot or other Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)• Experience using Excel to build reportsWhat Will Make You Stand Out• Advanced HTML knowledge• Advanced Salesforce knowledge• A bachelor’s degree• Advanced Excel knowledge (ability to build pivot tables, analyze data, etc.)Clicklease is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
