Sales Development Representative

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll research and prospect potential partners through cold calls, emails, and social strategies to set up demos for Account Executives. You'll manage follow-ups and pipelines, effectively communicate our value proposition, and diligently use CRM to capture data. If you thrive on meeting sales goals, think critically, and have a magnetic personality, we want to hear from you! Experience in outbound sales and CRM software is a plus.

Compensation: $45,000 + monthly commission
Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office) dependent on KPIs
FLSA Exemption: Exempt

What you'll be doing: 

  • Research, and prospect potential partners via cold calls, email, & social strategies with the goal of setting up demos for Account Executives.

  • Consistent follow-up and pipeline management via phone, email, various chat features.

  • Effectively communicates the company's value proposition to potential partners.

  • Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate notes.

  • Responsible for qualifying leads and engaging with prospective partners.

  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision makers at prospect accounts to set demos and influence company revenue.

What will make you stand out: 

  • Experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales. 

  • Technologically savvy and experienced with CRM software. 

  • Retail or wholesale industry experience 

  • Experience with the financing industry
