Client Management & Front Desk Reception

We are looking for a DYNAMIC PERSONALITY to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties for our studio. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we will make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential.The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises so as to contribute to an overall great experience with our business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creates the FIRST impression and greets all clients and guests
• Answers and directs all phone calls
• Field customer complaints and concerns
• Performs opening or closing procedures
• Completes all automated tasks that are assigned to the front desk manager position
• Store is clean and organized at all time

ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be highly motivated and energetic
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• An understanding of operations
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work days, evenings and weekend as necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

$15-17/hr, depending on previous experience

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
