Client Relationship Coordinator (Administrative)

Who You Are:

You are talented, outgoing, organized and have some previous administrative experience. You preferably have experience working in financial services. You are so much more than an “assistant”.

You are the face and the voice and written word that makes an important impression on our team’s prospects and clients. You realize how important it is to use the right words on the phone and to draft clear, concise, accurate written communications to clients. You play an important role in growing our business. You are comfortable making phone calls to book meetings with existing clients that you get to know and who trust you.

While you have a passion for the core work you do, you also enjoy assisting on occasional marketing projects and social/web initiatives. Above all else you embrace a fast-paced work day with big to-do list and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities will initially include:

  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Email management and response
  • Appointment scheduling via phone and e-mail
  • Management of multiple advisor calendars
  • Documenting information in client management system through Salesforce CRM
  • Implementing and executing a tiered client service model
  • Assisting in the organization of events (fundraisers, workshops, client appreciation events)

Salary: $60,000 plus performance bonus (Up to 20% realistic bonus potential) (one-two years experience)

  • At least one year industry experience preferred
  • Two years administrative experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred Associate's Degree required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office required (excel/word/outlook)
  • Salesforce CRM experience ideal

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
