We are seeking a Client Service Trainee to join our team in creating a customer experience like no other. We're searching for individuals who are enthusiastic about developing client connections, who will work with our team to reach targets, who are always looking for ways to improve, and who can demonstrate professionalism. As a Client Service Trainee you will help consumers find the best telecommunications packages to fit their individual needs by suggesting products and services. While doing so you will also have the opportunity to build genuine relationships and drive consumer loyalty for our clients.

Client Service Trainee Duties:

  • Providing excellent client support at all times by explain available products and services to consumers that meet their needs
  • Building meaningful relationships with new and existing customers
  • Providing solutions and answering questions that may arise while interacting with consumers on our clients, products, promotions, and services
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients, client teams, and service partners
  • Managing overall performance of client interactions according to company standards and guidelines
  • Developing working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company by attending daily and weekly meetings
  • Maintain all client information in our database on a weekly basis, attend sales meetings, and reporting to upper management

Client Service Trainee Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work successfully with all levels of employees and management within and outside of client companies
  • Organizational skills, as well as the capacity to drive change and achieve targeted outcomes
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated but also a team player
  • Ability to build a positive team spirit to increase morale and drive toward team goals and objectives
  • Background in client services, customer supports, or similar fields is preferred
  • High School diploma or GED is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
