Shift Differential for Nights and Weekends!
Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Job Requirements
Client Support Worker (CSW)
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience working with the individuals with Substance Abuse diagnoses (Preferred)
- Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record
- Drug Screen
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Job Description
- Provide direct supervision in a 24hour SA Residential Facility, observe and monitor individuals’ behaviors, supervising medication, providing transportation, cleaning, documenting and completing reports as need.
- Responsible for supervising the self-administration of client’s medications with 100% accuracy
- Responsible for monitor client’s whereabouts at all times, never leave clients unattended.
- Never leave your shift early without prior approval.
- Responsible for completing all annual training
- Responsible for the upkeep of the facility to include light cleaning duties (sweeping, dusting, moping, reporting needed repairs.
- Responsible for maintaining a valid driver’s license for compliance with driving the agency vehicles.
- Attend, prepare and participate in all staff meetings as scheduled
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies
- Demonstrate understanding of and willingness to learn the behaviors/symptoms of the individual(s) within the work site.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively monitor and maintain an awareness of the individual’s whereabouts and assignments.
- Demonstrate the ability to intervene and diffuse potentially explosive situations.
- Demonstrate the ability to use positive reinforcement while interacting with individuals.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to follow agency, HIPPA, and Federal confidentiality policies.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Trauma Inform Care.
