The Clinical Aesthetician position is ideal for someone who is motivated and enthusiastic about the aesthetic industry, thrives in a cross-functional role working across multiple teams, has impeccable organization skills and attention to detail, is confident in a role with high visibility to Senior Management, and enjoys being an information resource for team members and customers.

The Clinical Aesthetician is an integral role within our Education Team and Clinical Program, and primarily responsible for:

• Collaborating with Vice President of Marketing and Clinical to support clinical program
• Recruiting, qualifying, and coordinating clinical participants
• Being a liaison to key physicians conducting clinical studies
• Working with Company Founder on Proof of Concept Studies for new product launches
• Documenting clinical participant results with Canfield VISIA Skin Analysis system
• Providing clinical program information and updates to Senior Management
• Managing clinical room – ordering supplies and coordinating laundry services
• Answering product and protocol questions by phone, email, or virtual platform
• On occasion, navigating unexpected skin responses and documenting reaction reports
• Collaborating with Social Media Manager to answer technical questions
• Supporting various administrative tasks such as verifying accounts
• Being a brand and company culture ambassador

Clinical Aesthetician qualifications:

• Licensed Aesthetician with extensive experience performing facials and chemical peels
• Proficient in all facets of proper skincare - anatomy, physiology, and chemistry
• Strong understanding of skin response to home care products and professional services
• An engaging personality with strong people skills - excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable speaking in front of small and large groups (in-person or virtually)
• Keen sense of urgency to complete tasks with accuracy, and great attention to detail
• Highly organized with strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient using the following: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Zoom, Teams, DocuSign, Canfield VISIA
• Experience working in a physician’s office performing chemical peels
• Experience working with clinical studies
• Experience writing professional protocols
• This position is hybrid, and will require working from our corporate office with an opportunity to work remote part-time
