The Human Resources Director will become an integral part of this dynamic and vital department, which plays a crucial role in supporting the overall function and success of the hospital. The Hospital Chief Human Resources Officer will work directly with the Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, ensuring a high level of collaboration and alignment across key leadership teams. This strategic reporting structure reflects the vital role that Human Resources plays in supporting the organization s overall mission and operational objectives. The Chief Human Resources Officer will collaborate with these executive leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that directly impact the hospital's workforce, improve organizational performance, and foster a culture of excellence. In addition, the Chief Human Resources Officer will be supported by a highly skilled and dedicated team, including a Manager of Talent Acquisition and a Manager of Human Resources. These professionals will assist in the day-to-day management of HR functions, including talent recruitment, retention, employee development, and compliance. Together, the Chief Human Resources Officer and their team will play a critical role in shaping the hospital s workforce strategy, driving initiatives that promote employee engagement, optimize organizational efficiency, and ensure the hospital remains a top employer within the healthcare industry. This collaborative approach will enable the Chief Human Resources Officer to address both current and future workforce challenges while supporting the hospital's long-term success.
