Customer Support Team Manager

Clipboard Health is looking for a talented Customer Support Team Manager to lead and coach our remote team in delivering excellent customer service. This individual will play a key role in maintaining quality assurance scores and improving team performance.

  • Maintain coaching logs and provide regular feedback to agents
  • Delegate tasks and lead team building activities
