People Operations Tech Specialist / IT Specialist

Clipboard Health is looking for a Tech Specialist to join our People Operations team and manage IT, tech, and platform security responsibilities. Ideal candidates are proactive problem solvers and responsible for ensuring People Operations runs smoothly.

Skills

Experience in Information Technology
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage DNS and email settings
Familiarity with SSO, SAML, SCIM
Organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Google Suite

Responsibilities

Evaluate and troubleshoot team members’ tech needs remotely
Respond to support desk tickets and provide technical assistance
Manage platform onboarding and off-boarding
Configure integrations for IT systems
Identify and solve tech problems efficiently
Work on data analytics projects with People Operations

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification (helpful)
