Tax Accounting Specialist/Manager

Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new ecosystem for digital fashion based on its unrivaled technology in 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.

CLO Virtual Fashion, which is leading the global digital fashion market, currently has a total of 13 offices in 11 countries around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.

• Financial closing US GAAP
• Managing external audit process
• Provide Monthly Package to Headquarters
• Point of communication with Accountants, Tax Accountants, Tax related government institutions, and all financial and accounting-related issues
• Analyze/Manage US & Global tax issues and provide instruction
• Tax filing(Monthly/Quarterly Sales Tax filing for NY and CA)Preparations of federal and multi-state income/sales tax.
• Assisting in IRS and state audits
• Ability to assist other international subsidiaries in solving communication between accounting firms.

• Solid understanding of USGAAP and  federal and state income tax concepts
• At least 5 years of work experience in the
• Accounting/Tax Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or similar
• Knowledge of cutting-edge tools (ie. Quickbooks, Excel) and other reporting systems for accounting

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or EA
• Knowledge or experience in accounting would be a plus
• Knowledge and experience related to the software industry and multinational companies are a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven dynamic environment
• Knowledge on global taxation would be plus
• Fluency in Korean
