We are currently seeking a Cloud Director to join our team. Our Cloud Journey is well underway, and we are looking to take Paradigm to the next level. Apply your experience and expertise to oversee the architecture, engineering, and support of our Enterprise Cloud.

What You Will Do:

• You will be responsible for the vision and direction of the cloud (operations, scalability, security & resilience) at Paradigm, supporting the Paradigm Product suite.
• You will represent Paradigm’s cloud capabilities, processes, and incident response to our customers (current and prospective), including communicating at the highest levels of leadership.
• You will clearly articulate cloud vision, progress, and justification within Paradigm.
• You will create procedures and guide development of tools to ensure the success of all Paradigm products in the cloud
• You will collaborate with product leadership to ensure that our applications are built to be resilient and secure in the cloud.
• You will create procedures and guide development of tools to ensure the success of all Paradigm products in the cloud
• You will identify, develop, and strategically plan for an appropriate organization structure to meet our cloud goals including:
  • Cloud Operations & Engineering
  • Cloud Database Administration
  • Cloud Finance
  • Cloud Architecture
• You will provide leadership to our cloud operations & engineering team including day-to-day management, coaching, guidance, and support of the entire cloud team.
• You will lead our cloud database administration team.
• You will lead our cloud finance team, including responsibility for ensuring best practices and efficiencies for proper cloud spending.
• You will lead our cloud architecture practice, ensuring best practices are followed by development teams

What You Need to Succeed:

• You have 10+ years experience successfully managing people in a Cloud/Software environment.
• You have proven success with autonomously defining the vision, providing direction, and managing the execution of the strategy.
• You can articulate technically driven information, in a clear and concise manner to internal & external audiences at an executive level with varying degrees of technical abilities.
• You can collaborate across divisions to provide proactive cloud capabilities and responses to changing product and market needs.
• You are extremely detail oriented. You love logic & puzzles. You are able to see the holistic impact of cloud, while able to dive into the daily operations for strategic direction.
• You have a proven ability to influence others at different levels.
• You can adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable being able to make a quick decision.
• You exemplify customer service. You have a customer service mindset.
