Staff Accountant

Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in preparing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for numbers to thrive in our collaborative high-growth environment.

Skills

Strong Excel skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
Public accounting or audit experience (preferred)
Sage Intacct experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day management of accounting and finance processes
Handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks including A/P and A/R
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
Assist with annual financial audit
Improve month-end close processes
Respond to financial inquiries from executives

Education

BA/BS in Business with emphasis in Accounting/Finance
