Head of Global Compensation
Cloudflare is seeking a Head of Global Compensation to lead the Compensation Team in developing and implementing effective compensation strategies.
Skills
- Strong understanding of global compensation principles and market trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and draw conclusions from data
- Collaboration and team management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's compensation strategy and pay frameworks
- Oversee all aspects of compensation programs including salary design and equity guidelines
- Provide thought leadership on compensation design and market trends
- Manage executive compensation programs and employee compensation programs
- Develop effective communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in Compensation or related field preferred
