Network Operations Center Analyst

Cloudflare is seeking a Network Operations Center Analyst to provide premium-level support for the largest and most technically sophisticated customers, focusing on monitoring and addressing internet application issues.

Skills

Customer-facing technical support experience.
Modern internet protocols (HTTPS, UDP, TCP).
Traffic analysis for anomaly detection.
Knowledge of Cloudflare Products & Features.
Excellent communication skills.
Crisis management principles.
Command line / Bash shell skills.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain custom alerting for availability and latency across Layer 7.
Maintain customer dashboards in Grafana.
Work closely with internal teams to alert against performance degradation.
Outreach to customers for triggered alerts.
Escalate impactful alerts to customer support.
Join customer calls for status updates on critical issues.
Compile historical reporting for customers.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
