Cloudflare is looking for a French-speaking Renewal Account Manager to help maximize renewal value and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Own and maximize renewal value of a book of business
Engage customers from onboarding through the customer lifecycle
Negotiate and execute renewal contracts
Analyze data to identify selling opportunities
Drive alignment with the Sales team
Develop and maintain customer relationships

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
