Security Operations Center Analyst

Cloudflare is on a mission to build a better Internet and is looking for Security Operations Center Analysts who can provide premium-level support for their security products.

Skills

Strong understanding of OSI model
Advanced understanding of iptables
Experience in handling attack mitigation
Technical support and customer support experience
Command line/Bash shell skills

Responsibilities

Monitor and investigate alerts to identify attacks
Work with Engineering and Operations teams to mitigate attacks
Extensive communication with customers via chat, email, and phone
Configure/manage security monitoring rules
Analyze threats and implement mitigation strategies

Education

Relevant security certifications preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
