Senior Manager, Customer Success Engineering
Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the North American Customer Success Engineering team in ensuring customer success with Cloudflare's services. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, project management skills, and empathy to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Engineers and Managers
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams
- Establish and track key performance metrics
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Build strong technical champions across the team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
