Head of Global Employee Relations

Cloudflare is looking for a Head of Global Employee Relations to lead and advise on all aspects of the employment relationship. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in employee relations and compliance, with a strong track record in managing complex issues and driving resolution.

Skills

Strong HR background in employee relations and compliance
Excellent analytical, teamwork, and project management skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of public company requirements
Experience in the technology industry

Responsibilities

Define and execute the employee relations framework and strategy
Manage internal allegations, claims, and employee relations investigations
Collaborate with HR Business Leaders and employment counsel on crucial matters
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on employment relationships
Develop and deliver training programs on policies and conduct risk
Liaise with Employment Legal group for issue resolution
Act with integrity, respect, and dignity
Drive HR processes effectiveness through data and analytics

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certifications are a plus
